From March 13 to 14, 2021, the strategy seminar of Huayu group in 2021 was held in Dameisha, Shenzhen. The meeting focused on the strategy of realizing the long-term strategic goal of " a hundred in three"  and short-term goals of Huayu group. The chairman of Huayu group, Yi Xinhe, president Zhao Fuxin, general manager of Huayu construction Yao Ling, vice chairman of Huayu heavy industry Bin Guyun, general manager of Huayu technology Zhao Qiangzhu and other senior group leaders attended the meeting.

On March 13, at the beginning of the meeting, in order to open up everyone's ideas, the president of the Huayu group, Zhao Fuxin, started up wonderfully with making a systematic and detailed analysis of the external environment, the situation of the construction industry and the core competitiveness of Huayu.

Then, the president Zhao Fuxin, general manager of Huayu construction, Yao Ling, vice chairman of Huayu heavy industry, Bin Guyun and general manager of Huayu technology, Zhao Qiangzhu, individually summarized the work of Huayu group, Huayu construction, Huayu heavy industry and Huayu technology in 2020. Facing the impact of COVID-19 in 2020, the Huayu group was growing against the trend. It not only completed the operational targets of 2020, but also expanded boundaries and achieved breakthroughs in business areas, business models, high-end projects, business types, qualifications and scientific research.Facing the fierce competition pattern of "inverted pyramid" in the industry, Huayu construction, Huayu heavy industry and Huayu technology have made plans for the work in 2021.

In the brainstorming session on the morning of March 14, the senior executives aiming at the current problems in the operation and management of Huayu group, the way to achieve the long-term strategic goal of "a hundred in three" and short-term goals of Huayu group, freely expressed their own opinions, which led to nearly 50 strategies and solutions were produced. The scene was extremely high.

Group discussions were conducted on improving efficiency, speeding up capital turnover, optimizing financial structure, determining the pace of development, optimizing human resource system and other issues. The speeches by group representatives showed the collective wisdom contributed by everyone.The results of each group's discussions were close and the sparks of ideas were constantly flashing.

In his concluding speech, the chairman of Huayugroup, Yi Xinhe firstly affirmed the great significance of the strategic seminar and stressed that the strategic seminar should continue year by year. In view of the key to the work in 2021, he pointed out: we should continue to promote the management of operational targets and decompose the strategic objectives; improve and refine the financial liquidation audit system; create a fair evaluation system; optimize the market channels; gradually improve the management process and system; promote the construction of talents and teams, company qualifications and brand establishing,etc.

Finally, the chairman Yi Xinhe shared his vision for the future, including the coexistence of crisis awareness and development information; adhering to the different culture and gene of Huayu; attaching equal importance to the rigidity of system and the flexibility of enterprise culture; benchmarking excellence, continuous learning and common improvement of enterprise and employees. When it comes to ideology, he stressed the need to enhance the core consciousness, the sense of obedience, overall situation and cooperation; the value of "following the rules and upholding integrity" in Huayu should not be shaken and the standard for selecting talents in Huayu is to have both ability and virtue.

This strategy seminar has firmly established the "a hundred in three" strategic objectives of Huayu,which is to become a well-known 100-year-old enterprise in the engineering construction, steel structure (fabricated) and advanced equipment manufacturing industries in China, with an annual output value of 10 billion yuan and income of 1 million yuan for middle and high-level enterprises! In the collision, we have unified our thinking and understanding and also laid a solid ideological foundation for the formulation of operational  targets in 2021 and future development.

Before the meeting, all the senior executives went to the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town to revisit, which is the important starting point of the dream of Huayu.
