He Served as vice President of top 500 Chinese enterprises—Hunan construction engineering group industrial equipment installation company，He also was General manager and secretary of the CPC southern engineering bureau committee. Came to shenzhen in 1996, start at the bottom, successively as a technician, project manager, deputy General manager of shenzhen branch, General manager and secretary of the CPC  Shenzhen branch committee.He has presided over or participated in the construction of Shenzhen oct happy line, Shenzhen TV station, Shenzhen children's palace, Shenzhen concert hall and other projects that won national awards.
